These are very nice accents for our pepper-themed kitchen, but I am a little disappointed. The description says, "Wood - Completely Sealed for Lasting Durability & Shine." That may be true for the front of the knobs, but not the backs. These are wood handles with a "decal" for the pepper design on front. I "assumed" the "completely sealed" meant the whole knob, not just the front. The back of the handle is just painted wood. Normal human oily hands will wear off that paint without an acrylic coating to seal and protect.
